GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS :
I. The Competent Authority reserve the right to make any amendment, cancellation
and changes in this advertisement in whole or in part without assigning any
reason.
II. The candidates are advised to ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria as
mentioned in the advertisement before applying for the posts.
III. Age relaxation up to 5 years is allowed for Government Servants and SC/ST —
5 years, OBC — 3 years and PH — 10 years in accordance with the orders
issued by the Central Government from time to time. Crucial date for calculating
the age will be 30/10/2023.
IV. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH/EWS/Women candidate and OBC (NonCreamy layer) should furnish their certificates in the prescribed format, failing
which, their application will not be considered. Application fee once paid will not
be refunded under any circumstances.
V. Vacancies may increase or decrease by the orders of the competent authority.
This is subject to change without any notice. No enquiry or correspondence in this
regard will be entertained.
VI. Crucial date for determination of eligibility with regards to Educational
Qualification and Experience will be the closing date of application
i.e. 30/10/ 2023.
VII. Candidates are advised in their own interest to apply much before the closing date
and should not wait till the last date.
VIII. Only short listed candidates will be called to attend the Written Test. Admit Card to
the eligible / shortlisted candidate shall be sent by email/or by uploading on the
Institute’s website.
IX. The Selection for the posts will be through computer-based test only.
X. No TA/DA will be paid to attend the Written Test as and when scheduled and the
candidates will have to make their own arrangement.
XI. Incomplete / late or without demand draft applications will straight away be rejected.
Only applications in response to this advertisement on prescribed pro-forma
attached herewith will be considered.
XII. Separate application should be submitted for each post.
XIII. Inter hospital / Inter Institutional transfer shall not be permitted.
XIV. Any canvassing by or on behalf of candidates or to bring political or other outside
influence with regard to selection/recruitment will lead to disqualification.
XV. The candidates must submit the application in the prescribed form and paste
recent passport size photograph on it. All the documents in support of educational
qualifications, Date of Birth, Experience, Caste must be self-attested including
his/her photograph on the application form and may be send only through speed
post/registered post to the DIRECTOR, BHOPAL MEMORIAL HOSPITAL
AND RESEARCH CENTRE, RAISEN BYPASS ROAD, KAROND,
BHOPAL-462038 so as to reach the same latest by 30/10/2023 by 05:00 PM.
XVI. Candidates working in Central/State Govt./PubIic Sector Undertakings/
Government funded organizations etc. should submit their applications
THROUGH PROPER CHANNEL.
XVII. No correspondence or personal inquiries shall be entertained.
XVIII.The competent authority reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the
certificates submitted. If found incorrect, the candidature will be cancelled
without any further notice.
XIX. The appointment to the said post will be subject to physical fitness from the
competent medical board for which he/she will be sent to designated medical
authority by the Institution before joining the post.
XX. Application should be accompanied by a Demand Draft of Rs.590/- (inclusive of
GST) for UNRESERVED, EWS & OBC candidates (non refundable), issued
after the date of advertisement, drawn on a scheduled bank in India, in favour of
Bhopal Memorial Hospital and Research Centre, Bhopal payable at Bhopal.
SC/ST candidates and Persons with disability (PWD) & Women candidates are
exempted.
XXI. ICMR employees are not exempted from the payment of application fee for direct
recruitment posts.
XXII. The candidates are advised to visit the hospital website (www.bmhrc.ac.in)
frequently for any amendment OR corrigendum.
XXIII.In Case of any discrepancy found in the advertisement the English version will be
final.
